Need asp.net mobile controls portal framework..

I found this one here:

but would prefer something more comprehensive.. something comparable to
IBuySpy or dotnetnuke?

i need to convert info on a php site to be usuable by mobile forms, so
much of my time is going into nightmarish perl scripts :/
so the more a framework can do, the better!!
