My Webform returns blank screen

I have designed a webform for conference registration on the web. It is
working fine in most cases. But for some web users the screen turns blank
when completing the registration. This is a Axapta 2.5 ServicePack 4 portal.

Could this have something to do with the setup of Microsoft Explorer? (The
webform has not fully been testet for all browsers like Opera, Netscape ...)

I would be grateful for any tip.
