I'm right now working on my thesis to graduate from university in Venezuela,
and I need to know if there are other development tools besides .Net 2002 &
2003 that can allow me to make a Mobile Web Applications and target
different mobile devices with the same code. I've already chosen .Net as my
development tool, but I need to point why .net (compare) and don't know
about any other development tool that can allow me to do this.
Any help will be appreciated
