Launching VB6 Problem

Everytime I launch VB6 I get a Windows Installer pop-up with
Ok/Cancel/Browse controls on it. For the 'Browse' it says 'Use Source'
"H:\MSOCache\All Users\90000409-6000-11D3-8CFE-0150048383C9\" which doesnt
exist. Any idea how I stop this from popping up. I'm guessing it has
something to do with MS Office and I have Office 2003 installed and am using
XP Pro SP3.

You are correct, it is an Office issue.
(VB6 shares several components in common with Office.)

You need to repair your Office install:
http://support.microsoft.com...

To add support to Ralph's suggestion...

I have XP Pro SP3 and MS Office versions 9 to 12 installed on this
machine, 8 to 12 on my old XP Pro SP2 machine, and VB6 doesn't have any
startup issues on either machine.
