Which is the current C++ standrd?? and where do i get the pdf of
it??? or atlist where can i view it online???

The current C++ standard is ISO/IEC 14882:2003. You can buy it as a pdf
on line.

It's ISO/IEC 14882:2003

Should someone contact Brookhaven National Labs and let them know about
this? It's the full final version, not the draft, at least as far as I
can tell.

I think, it's an oversight. The webpage is not linked from the main
page and was probably found by a search engine without the knowledge
of the owner. I have sent an e-mail to him.
