Inochi 0.1.0

Gives life to RubyGems-based software

http://snk.tuxfamily.org/...

Inochi is an infrastructure for [1]RubyGems-based software
projects that encourages good documentation, reduces
programming effort, and automates common tasks.

4.1 Version 0.1.0 (2009-01-13)

This release reattempts to fix the [2]circular dependency
problem that occurred when installing either Inochi or
ERBook.

New features

* Inochi.init() now adds #major(), #series(), and
#requirement() instance methods to a project's VERSION
constant.

Bug fixes

* Solved circular dependency problem by making inochi gem
not dependent on erbook gem. However, ERBook is still
required during runtime and is supplied on the gem
install command for Inochi.
[3]Section 2.2. Installation has been updated
accordingly.

* Add forgotten Rake dependency for Inochi gem.

Yes the show features the dancers far more than the judges and this is
good. But the "dance" is often just plain astounding athletically,
and at it's best artistically. I'd rather watch this than any of the
Olympic gymnastics competitions - and this is just as hard!

I liked the show better when it did NOT do any ballroom at all, I'm
not sure why they introduced it, must have done some focus groups that
said it would help grab audience but I can hardly imagine how or why.
Maybe some pig-headed advertisers simply demanded it, I dunno.

They used to do more hip-hop instead, which was often very good.

What show is that?

As opposed to the contestant's egos on my all-time fav competitive
reality show of the genre, SUPERSTAR USA.

Of course! It's a pretty remarkable show actually, taking everything
from professional dancers in one genre, to street performers, and
giving everyone a fair shake - and taking at least some from every
background right to the finals!

Of course the highly trained have a huge advantage, but a lot of it is
natural ability and skill, apparently. I also admire it cuz I can't
do a bit of it, the kinesthetic memory is something you either have or
you don't, and I don't, even when I can do the moves it would take me
weeks to learn what these guys learn in hours.

It's just a minor bit of fluff, but it's a remarkably well-run little
piece of business all the same.

I like watching dancing, but the only show I watch is the
Aussie version of Dancing with the Stars.
I did win a bronze medal for dancing, but in retrospect
perhaps all beginners won one.
