[Ann] Google translate ruby client 1.0

Hi.

I have just updated the google translate ruby client based on some comments.

The main changes of 1.0 are:

* using the Google AJAX Language API instead of scrape
* add the batch translation support
* refactor

Also, move the repo to github:
http://github.com/sishen/rtranslate/t...

So, install the gem using the following commands:

sudo gem install sishen-rtranslate
