RubyForge upgrading to Subversion 1.5

Hi all -

I'm upgrading RubyForge from Subversion 1.4 to 1.5 this evening. With
any luck there won't be any hiccups, but, we shall see. FWIW, here
are the Subversion 1.5 release notes, looks like some good stuff there:
