Javascript needed to work in tandem with a backend

bit-naughty

5/11/2015 6:00:00 PM

Hi,
I want that a menu should popup on a mouseclick on a couple of <div>s onscreen, with for example, a URL as one of the clickable options, ie. "Click this to go to yahoo.com". Thing is, the URL will need to be with args to the backend PHP script, ie. 'yahoo.com/search="gloop" '.However the page itself will by a dynamically generated one, ie. the backend script has to fill in the "gloop", according to whatever behaviour I want.

How to do this, please? I'm getting a little confused as to the quoting, for starters. Can you guys help? :)

Thanks so much.

"Indiscriminate killer?" Wow! That's a new one. Who have I "killed"?

Wonder what China would have done if jihadi baboons had flown planes in
Shanghai skyscrapers? Philosophized? Wrestled with "moral issues" about
war? Stopped buying Arab oil? Paid protection money? Turned to Japan for
"protection"? Attacked Tibet? Attacked Taiwan? Attacked all neighbors?
Import turtles? Turned Buddhist?

Assuming that China would indeed go to war, would there be more
"philosophizing" and worrying about "collateral damage"? Does the
Chinese war doctorine call for drawing up battlefield lines (like a
gridiron) and have referees? Fighting only lasts from dawn to dusk and
is confined only to the "arena"? Would the rules require uniforms for
both sides? Are helmets optional?

Raised the standard of living using Uncle Sam's money, downright shady
trade practices, and export of substandard crap. Yeah, it has done more
for its ethnic Han citizens than any other country in the world -
altered the demographics of Tibet and Xinjiang via indiscriminate
settling and killing.

Being a cheerleader for Uncle Sam's Might makes right. We have the
might. We have the right.

That IS something to think about, isn't it? Why haven't they flown
planes against skyscrapers in China? You don't think or know the
answers to these questions. That shows how brainwashed and stupid you
are.

Does the answer of:
"They have nothing against China"
ever occur to you?

> Philosophized?

Yes, I am just sitting in front of my computer and philosophize what
life was, is and will be or should be about. I am retired so I have
lots of time to think, to feel, to see, to hear, to smell, to sense
and to philosophize.

Yes, specifically, indiscriminate killing of the innocents and
destruction of properties.

Automobiles are currently built using oil products. Until we change
to electric cars altogether, we can't get away from it.

Huh!!! Don't know what you're referring to.

Huh!!! Don't know what you're referring to.

They tried already and failed. I don't think they will try again.

No need to attack. Taiwan is already in China's hands.

Who? where?

Yes, if the price is right.

Religion is superstitions. If it's up to me, I say eliminate all
religions.

When there is war, only the power of the gun counts. Nothing else
counts.

> Does the
> Chinese war doctorine call for drawing up battlefield lines (like a
> gridiron) and have referees?

You (or we) all have seen what war is like today. It's an unseen
enemy all around you. Haven't you seen today news? Two U.S. soldiers
killed by an Afghan soldier and disappeared into the crowd. That is
what we are fighting against.

> Fighting only lasts from dawn to dusk and

You still haven't learned, have you? From the days of the Vietnam War
to today, and for all future wars, war means 24-hour war, all over the
world. There is no "arena", the uniform doesn't mean anything as we
have seen in Iraq and Afghanistan.

money however they can.

You don't have to buy their products. Their products sell well
because people (consumers) see values in their products. If they
don't, they won't buy them.

New-found wealth? How was that wealth found? It wasn't found. It was
made, and made the old-fashioned way - by shady practices. One is
supposed to accept this shady way of doing business as a new "role model"?

Baloney! The demographic balance of both Tibet and Xinjiang is being
altered by unleashing carpetgabber Han (yeah, the same kind that landed
in the US and left with a giant sucking sound). Why does China have
unrest in those areas? Too much wealth?

Baloney! Watch the province of Xinjiang and over the years you'll see a
nice jihadi movement build up there (non-stop Han migration will not
help either), thanks to China's "ally", Pakistan. When those bombs start
going off, let us see how China deals with it. I am sure there will
peaceful negotiations and money changing hands, and more bombings till
the PLA gets into the mix. Never mind! There is already a healthy PLA
presence already in there to keep the natives quite and, gasp, "defend"
the motherland.

There are only two choices - (1) the US should fight dirty, or (2) the

When you have different people with different background, there are
always troubles. We have a lot of troubles with Native American
Indians, too. And what do you we do with them? Same as China, arrest
them and send them to jail.

Let China take care of their problems. It is none of our business.
We have enough problems at home already with Native American Indians,
illegal immigrants, drugs, illegal guns,...

Our law-enforcement personnel got their hands full, too. So what are
you complaining about?

Isn't politics a subject to philosophize about, too?

I only speak the truth as I see it. I am NOT anti-U.S. and I
certainly are NOT for China. After all, I live in the U.S. I don't
live in China.

Oh!!! yeah!! When the other guy is living well, you always accuse him
of "shady deals". That is the loser's way of dealing with the real
problem.

Sounds like jealousy to me. On the other hand, I have always said
national boundaries change with the power of the gun. It was true in
the past, it's still true today and continue to be true in the
future. If you don't like the changes in Tibet and Xinjiang, take up
arms and go there and fight for its freedom. This is the only way you
can change it.
