Configatron 2.0.0 Released

The Configatron configuration library has undergone an extensive rewrite
making it faster, better, and easier to use than before.

Highlights:
* No longer need deeply nested blocks to set configurations
* Ability to 'protect' configurations from being overridden.
* Ability to set default's, only if they haven't been set already.
* Much more...
