refresh a frame

hey,
I know that we can refresh an IE instance :
Watir::IE.refresh
but how can we refresh just a frame ?

It's a penalty of moderation. People don't like it when their post is
rejected, so they react by composing and even more extreme email and
sending it to the recipient directly.

Perhaps send them a picture of you, laying t'fillin. That seemed to
work in another thread.
