Shoes Toolkit

I recently was using the Shoes universal app. I'm guessing it's very
basic because if I use too much lines of code It'll flake out on me. Is
there anything like this that's universal because I use a variety of
computers mainly Mac but I want it for Windows too. Here's the site for
