[ANN] Nebular Gauntlet 0.6

A new release for Nebular Gauntlet for the first time in quite a while.
Not too much has changed, sadly life has gotten in the way. However,
there are a couple big ones. Ruby 1.9 compatibility allows much greater
speed and the multiplayer enhancements are significant.
