Hi,
This must be a newbie problem. I'm running XP SP2.
I installed mongrel with gem, and attempted to run the example
mongrel_simple_service.rb (unmodified) in SciTE.

The script runs for about 10 seconds and then stops giving the following
output:

>ruby mongrel_simple_service.rb
>Exit code: -1073741819

(0xfc0000005)

Can someone give me a clue as to what I'm doing wrong ?
