That's their Circular Support mechanism!
Just be glad you're not any of their domain or hosting services, and
hope you never get a client who is!
They're very good at sending you e-mail referring you to the very
support page you are explicitly asking for more clarification on.
At the center of the circular support mechanism is a singularity
where e-mails go. (the ones that are not intercepted by orbiting bots)
I think Yahoo! designed their CRM based on the old video game Tempest.
