How to not receive my own posts ?

I searched google on how to change this setting but only found a near
Godwin talk.

I sent 'help' to ruby-talk-ctl@ruby-lang.org but received not clue.

I sent 'guide': no clue either.

Thanks for your help.

Gaspard

That's what I did in gmail, but it is annoying (pops up a warning
message) and I read there is a configuration setting "receive my own
posts" (http://blade.nagaokaut.ac.jp/cgi-bin/scat.rb/ruby/ruby-t...)
but I can't find how to change this.
