ncurses menu wrapper

I noted in the readme for ncurses-ruby that there is no wrapper for the
menu library. I'm thinking about writing one, but I want to make sure
I'm not duplicating anyone else's efforts. Does anyone know if any work
has been done in this area? Thanks.
