Curb installation problem on WinXp. Please Help

Hello all,

I am a new commer in the world of ruby. I have interest on web scraping.
So I download curb and try to install it on my winxp pc. but it give me
the following error:

C:\>gem install curb

Need to update 1 gems from http://gems.rub...
