Hello
I discover ruby since a week and paste now all my time learning this
interessant language.
I feel like to translate some important doc or books (Ruby cookbook,
ruby way) from english to french

Bonjour
J'ai decouvert Ruby il y'a une semaine et je l'ai troué vraiment
interessant et riche.
J'ambitionne de traduire certains livres en Francais car la Doc est
assez limité

I think it's a great idea, but I'm not sure how many ruby-talk readers
are fluent (enough) in French to help out. Have you had any contact
with the RailsFrance group (http://www.railsf...)? Perhaps you
could coordinate your efforts with theirs.

About Ruby Cookbook, it is already available in french. The french name
is "Ruby par l'exemple" (http://www.oreilly.fr/catalogue/...).
