A good first step for that person would be to subscribe to the
foxgui-users and fxruby-users mailing lists. I have a strong hunch
that he hasn't done that yet. ;) There are instructions on how to do
that at the FOX and FXRuby home pages, respectively.
He's probably not going to find a dedicated mentor there, but he may
in fact end up with a community of mentors, which may work out just as
well.
