Ruby 1.8.5-p2 released.

Hello,

We released a new Ruby release called 1.8.5-p2, fixing some DoS
vulnerabilities recently reported.
Details should be posted at following URL:

And Ruby itself is now available at:

Does this need to be done in the Windows One-Click installer and Instant
Rails?
