remove_const(sym) => obj

Removes the definition of the given constant, returning that
constant's value. Predefined classes and singleton objects (such as
_true_) cannot be removed.

This interpretation of the Scriabin 4th doesn't work for me at all.
There's no fluidity whatsoever.
Pogo really lost it by the time he played this IMO.
