Seems openssl/digest.rb get installed correctly.

The contribution from the few illegals who contribute to payroll taxes
pays for about .0000001% of the cost of anchor babies alone.

in Dallas and Ft Worth about 70% of the babies are children of illegals,
the taxpayer pays for it all. Even long-term care.

The strain is destroying our public hospitals here. Parkland and John Peer
Smith are essentially free government healthcare for foreign nationals who
come here specifically to take advantage of the free health care everyone
else seems to want, that they'll never get, because foreign nationals have
overwhelmed the system.

But, on the bright side for Hispanics, Dallas, which is now among the most
integrated cities in the US, is becoming more segregated as it becomes
majority Hispanic.

Check back in ten years (tops), when the public schools are 99.9%
Hispanic, and see how it all works out, when the taxayers spend 20K per
kid, just to have half of them drop out after they've soaked us for a
couple hundred grand per, only to spend the rest of their lives working
below the taxable level.

It doesn't add up amigo, it won't work.

TX had a surplus in their budget from "illegalss" who pay state taxes,
even minus the state services they may have used

IN any case---you MUST subtract from any claim of expenditures the
amount of taxes any "illegal group" pays.

It's bogus to claim only one side of a ledger.

State taxes pay for education and social services

Illegals pay state taxes at the same rate as "citizens" do

Illegals get no more in uncompensated services than a "citizen" does
commeasurate with their percentage of population
