if i do gem update rails --include-dependencies
it just sits there for hours
if i run Webrick it just hangs Ctrl-C does nothing
after i do the Webrick command and i go to http://localhost:3000/ i
get nothing...
I'm running Instant Rails 1.3a in windows xp..
Apache and mysql start fine....
normal scripts run fine like
Rails demo
ruby script/generate controller say
but Webrick and Gem don't work at all. Ive downloaded instant rails 3
times...
