Jobs around Ruby and Rails

I was wondering how many people have full time jobs which are around Ruby
and for example Rails.
Also how much they earn, where do they live? If there are such type of
professionals here, please give me some information. I am very interested in
this area, because it is the time, when interesting around Ruby in Poland is
rising very quickly.

San Diego has many job openings doing that:

Hello

Lot's of ROR work to do in Uk as well.... but i can't find a rising
interest for ROR in Poland... do you have any details of companies
moving into ROR... i remember one in Krakow but don't know any others...
