maybe because it isn't a wiki... would be nice/great if ruby community has something like wikipedia.. clean, easy to navigate, great search engine, nice links/references, helpdesk-like features, multiple language, etc....

ok, i'm dreaming :-)

} thing, you should. The nice thing about the Web is that there can be
} different projects; we don't all have to agree about how each one
} should be set up.

There's a lot to be said for a central authority on a subject. The FAQ
pointed to by ruby-lang.org is authoritative. It just needs some expansion.
