Scalable RWLocks version 1.2

Hello,


I have updated my scalable RWLocks to version 1.2,
in my previous version the LW_RWLockX containted a
bug, because i have forgot to reset my LW_Eventcount,
now i have corrected this bug and all my scalable RWLocks
are working correcly now, the ones that ends with an X in
there names are starvation-free, and my RWLockX is scalable and
starvation-free and power efficient.
