RUDL on Mac OS X?

Has anyone successfully installed the RUDL library on Mac OS X
(preferably Tiger)? If so, can you give me the magic incarnation to
feed exconf.rb?

Some things need repeal. Other things do not.
I'm in favor of chains on the Financial industry.
And chains on an ever increasing and interfering government.
