And what if the visitor doesn't want that pile of crap to start up?
Or hasn't installed it?
It cannot be done.

Better is to fix your HTML so it looks right in both browsers.
And when you are at it: More browsers than IE and FF are out there. Make
sure it looks allright everywhere (in modern browsers).

It might be wiser to learn how to write good HTML that looks right
everywhere.
HTML is not rocketscience...
