[ANN] testunitxml-0.1.3

Test::Unit::XML extends the Test::Unit framework with assertions for
testing XML documents. Version 0.1.3 is the first alpha release.

I hope you find it useful. The package is _very_ small at the moment,
but more assertions will be added over the next few weeks.
