[System.Windows.Media.Visual] on Windows XP

Odd, I have .NET 3.0 and 3.5 beta on one XP SP2 box, and 3.0 and 3.5SP1
on another.

The latter, doesn't seem to have [System.Windows.Media.Visual] from what
I can tell.

What might be the cause? I *just* installed 3.5 SP1 hoping that would
fix my problem.

Maybe I should reinstall 3.0?
