openssl in ruby 1.8.2

Hi!

I can't find openssl library in ruby 1.8.2 distribution.
Also on the home page of openssl [http://www.nongnu.or...]
the download link is broken [http://freesoftware.fsf.org/downloa...]

So the question is where can I get this library?
