WPF Fault Handling

Hi,
Does anyone one know under what condition would the Fault property of
FaultHander would appear as disabled in the property window....
I am walking through this vdo tutorial
(http://go.microsoft.com/?link...) about WF Fault Handling..but when
it comes to setting the Fualt property of the FaultHander, it appears as
disabled.

I am not using WF console application rather I am using WF project to put
all by WFs in one library and then use them from WPF application....this I
hope has nothing to do with Fault property being disabled.

Any clues??
