[ANN] Tiddy 0.0.4 is released

Tiddy, though still at a beta stage, is now is mature enough to handle
every kind of Ruby source code! Plz download and enjoy; Feedback and, or
suggestions of yours shall highly be appreciated.

ChangeLog:

* Version: 0.0.4
* tiddy/parser/ruby.rb: added functionality to parse anychar in %Q,
%q, %r, %W|w and %x expressions. Fixed bug in parsing x=nil :x) etc.
* tiddy.rb: fixed multiple blank-lines handling
