Problem with Dotnet and ActiveX Control Built by Borland C++ Builder

Hi all,
I am a C# user, and recently need to interoperate with an ActiveX
Control which is built by Borland C++ Builder 6.0. VS.NET IDE can
import it in the ToolBox. But When I go to create a control in my
WinForm, it gives me the following message:
pClientSite == 0 || m_spClientSite == 0 @
d:\....\cbuilder6\include\atl\atlctl.h/906
and then, it says "external component throws an exception." ?? What's
going on with this?? I have imported some others ActiveX Controls
written in VB perfectly. But why can't I import the ActiveX Control
written in BCB
Best Regards,
Hu
