Who controlls www.rubycookbook.org?

I was looking around the Ruby Sidebar for Firefox and wanted to add
content to http://www.rubyco... but can't create an account.
There is no contact information on the site, does anyone who I should
contact to add content?

According to the WHOIS records for rubycookbook.org, it's registered
to Colin Steele. I can send you his contact information (from the
WHOIS records) privately if you wish; I doubt he'd appreciate my
posting here on a public mailing list. ;)
