Adding Smartphone 2002 Emulater device to VS.NET IDE

Does anyone know of a way to add the Smartphone 2002 Emulator to the
selections on:
Tools->Connect to Device in VS.NET?

I have VS.NET 2003 Beta and Smartphone 2002 Emulator installed.
