Could someone please clarify the difference between the form events Resize,
Layout and SizedChanged?
I would like to be able to intercept resizing on my form and then make
adjustments to the size of the form without causing recursion. Preferably,
I would like to resize the form after the user releases the mouse button
when the form is resized. Could someone please give me some info on the
best way to do this?
