example plotdemos2.rb does not run

Guys, here's a post from RubyForge asking that question. I just hit the
problem too. Any tips?

See the following run output (Win XP SP1):

>ruby plotdemos2.rb

I am not able to figure out why it did not run. It would be nice someone
could help.
