See spreadsheet-excel, available on the RAA. Note that this is the
Excel '95 format. I haven't gotten around to porting the latest code
from John McNamara yet.
Also note that Excel can import CSV files just fine (or most character
delimited files for that matter), though you won't get any formatting.
