I don't really understand your question? Do you mean that you have a WML
browser, but you think that MMIT is sending it HTML, not WML?

If that is what the problem is, then your device is probably not one of the
supported devices. See http://www.asp.... and check in the supported
devices list in there. Make sure that your IIS server has the most recent
device update installed - perhaps that includes support for your device.

If it still doesn't work, tell us what your device is. It might be easy to
add your own device configuration XML so the MMIT sends it WML. If you tell
me what it is, I might be able to help.
