There are a number of automated test tools available.

To start, VS.NET comes with "Application Center Test" , which can be
used to load-test your server.

There are a number of commercial products available for automated
functionality testing. They are all quite expensive, although I think
that maybe Rational's Visual Test (they bought MS Visual Test), might
be the least expensive one. Checkout:
