Hi,
Is there a way to alter the behavior of dropdownlist webcontrol so it
doesn't change the selection when the mouse wheel is scrolled?
It's very typical that user click on dropdownlist to do a selection then use
mousewheel to scroll down the page (without deselecting the dropdownlist
first). That would result in selection change in the dropdownlist.
Personally, I think dropdownlist by default should have the behavior of
*not* changing selection upon mouse wheel scrolling.
