Any updates for Discussion Webs?

Have they improved the FP 2003 Discussion Webs? I want to
include a few of them but need them to do more...insert
images ie: ? for a new question. Modify the way the
posters name appears; add links to emails etc.

I sure it's been tweaked but is pretty much the same old
thing, there are plenty of free forum scripts that do what
