PS
font size <font face="Comic Sans MS" style="font-size: 7pt"> won't render reliably in all browsers
and your other inline styles (negative margins) of <p style="text-indent: -7; margin-right: 10; margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0"
align="left"> will cause you cross browser problems
