Navbar shows text not theme in browser

=?Utf-8?B?cm9kY2hhcg==?=

I'm using FP2003 and created my own theme. When I insert
the navigation bar on the shared border (top-horizontal)
it looks fine in FP and the rest of the pages but when
published or viewed in the browser it show as "text".
I selected a button (for the navbar) from a different
theme because of the style. Is this the problem? Can
anyone please tell me what I'm doing wrong? Thanks

Did you apply the theme to all pages as the default?
- the feature of selecting a theme just for custom nav bars only works if your host has the FP2002 SE

Stefan,

Thank You so much. I must have somehow overlooked that
and when I went back to check and corrected the error I
now find that everything is working properly. Again Thank
you for your expert advice and I wish you much success
for the future.
