Missing File windes.exe in Final Beta

Sir,

File named windes.exe is missing in .NET final Beta, but i
found that file when i was using .NET Beta 1.

Where to get that file for using it in final beta.

Raja, Windes was pulled from the final product: see WinRes for a related
tool.

I want free tool that can used to design .net framework
windows forms.

Is there if anything, if yes where to download that.

First download the lastest Framework SDK and then go to this website:
http://www.icsharpcode.net/OpenSource/SD/d...
There you will find a Free IDE that you can download and use. The forms
designer in SharpDevelop only works in C#. But, there are people working on
a VB.NET version too.
Hope that is what your looking for.

The Resourcer for .NET may help:

Resourcer is an editor for .resources binaries and .resX XML file formats
used with the Microsoft.NET platform. The program is written in C# and
allows the integration of bitmaps, icons and text strings into resource
packages. Resourcer allows editing of name/string pairs, import of various
kinds of data formats (bitmaps, icons, etc) and merging of resources from
different sources. Viewers for bitmaps, icons and cursor images are
included.
