.NET Server includes IIS 6.0 which has a different process model than IIS
5.x. The ASP.NET <processModel> configuration directive username attribute
is ineffective with IIS 6.0. Instead, applications (vroots) are assigned to
an application pool using the Internet Service Manager. There can be many
pools and each pool runs as a specific identity that you can configure. The
default for .NET Server RC2 (and RC1 IIRC) is Network Service.
