Could anyone tell me why on a new webpage that I am
adding to a site that has animated graphics on every
other page within the site, that my graphics will only
show as still images?

Using FP2003/xp pro

Thanks,

Robyn

Is it published and can you provide a url??
Also are you using preview or preview in browser.
Animations do not play in design view.

I don't see any images that "appear" to be displaying incorrectly.
Which images on the Easter page are supposed to be animated??

I have now narrowed it down to the fact that when I saved
these animated graphics, for some reason I am only given
the choice of saving them as a bitmap. they must be GIFS
to display properly. What I don't know is why i am not
given the choice to save in its original format. I
apparently have changed some setting somewhere on my
system and don't know where.

Go where you found them, right click on them and save them to your desktop.
They should default to the .gif format.
Then copy them into your web and link to them.
