How do I make a page show all the information on the
screen without having to vertical scroll? I can't seem to
shrink my frames down. Thanks

You would need to put less information on the page.

Hi,

Vertical scrolling is a normal and accepted web design. Horizontal scrolling is considered amateurish and very difficult for the
visitor.
